Cleaning solutions: Eco-safe cleaning formulas, germ-killing spray solutions, degreasers for kitchens and bathrooms, tile and hard surface floor washes, metal surface polishers for stainless steel, wood surface conditioners and furniture gloss agents, and all-in-one surface cleaners.
Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter, a mop.
Consumables: gloves, microfiber cloths, disinfecting wipes.

In this project:
General Areas and Rooms:
- Dust removed from all surfaces, ceiling fans, windowsills, baseboards, doors, and door handles
- All floors thoroughly vacuumed using a HEPA-filter vacuum (special attention was paid to pet hair)
- Floors were mopped thoroughly; kitchen floors were mopped twice using Green Seal-certified floor cleaner
- Carpets were lightly deodorized for a fresh scent
Bathrooms:
- Showers, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, sinks, and faucets were all thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Kitchen:
- All cabinet exteriors were wiped down and polished
- Stainless steel appliances were polished, and the sink and faucet were cleaned thoroughly
- Microwave cleaned inside
- All countertops and the stove were cleaned
Additional Areas:
- Sliding glass doors and the main entrance door were cleaned
- Outdoor furniture was wiped down
Final touches added: toilet paper and tissue boxes were neatly arranged, and the house was lightly scented for freshness.

Our initial visit to provide you with a quote can often be arranged on the same day. When it comes to cleaning services, the actual appointment depends on the complexity of the property and our existing schedule. In most cases, we can offer availability for the next day or another convenient time, depending on various factors.
However, if the property is relatively simple or the client agrees to an hourly rate (which does not require a precise upfront quote), we may be able to provide service the same day—depending on team availability.
It’s important to note that the cleaning business is a service-based industry, and scheduling is closely tied to people and logistics. While we typically follow structured schedules, our system is designed with flexibility in mind. There is almost always a window or team available to handle same-day requests or appointments as close as possible to the requested date.
How much would it cost to clean a similar-sized home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms? Is it possible to get a quote in advance?
To receive a preliminary quote, we can discuss the details of your home over the phone. This includes the current condition of the house and any recent events, such as post-construction or remodeling, whether it’s a move-in or move-out cleaning, a standard recurring service, or a deep clean after a party or short-term rental guests. We’ll also go over details like ceiling height, furniture specifics, and any additional services you may need.
Based on that information, we’ll be able to provide you with an estimated price range. However, please keep in mind that for a home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a full cleaning (excluding recurring maintenance cleaning) typically takes between 8 to 10 hours. The estimated cost for such a cleaning would range from $440 to $550.

You cleaned the sliding glass doors and outdoor furniture — is that included in the standard cleaning, or does it need to be requested separately?
In a standard house cleaning, wiping down furniture in the lanai area is typically included—especially when there’s only a small amount, such as a table and chairs. However, if the lanai contains a larger setup, such as an outdoor kitchen, multiple tables, loungers, or sofas, this is considered an additional service and is only done upon request.
Similarly, cleaning the slider doors is also handled upon request and is charged separately. That said, for our regular clients who receive recurring service, we provide a complimentary cleaning of the slider doors at least once every six months as a gesture of appreciation from our company.
