In this project:
- Performed standard regular cleaning throughout all rooms and bathrooms following our checklist, including dusting, surface cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom detailing
- Thoroughly cleaned all sliding glass doors inside and outside
- Since the property had been vacant for over a month, all three balconies had accumulated a significant amount of dirt
- These areas required vacuuming under the furniture across the entire surface and multiple rounds of floor washing — specifically on the balconies
- Mopped the balcony floors multiple times to ensure complete dirt removal
- Provided linen care by ironing and making several beds

This includes cleaning all the rooms mentioned above, etc. Additional charges apply for services such as sliding door washing, as well as extra tasks like laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens.
Can you please tell me, I have a 1500 square feet apartment. How much will this kind of cleaning cost for it?
A regular cleaning for a 1,500 sq. ft. apartment typically costs between $125 and $150, depending on the frequency—whether it’s bi-weekly or once a month. However, before starting regular maintenance cleanings, we always begin with an initial deep cleaning, which is billed hourly. This first cleaning is usually about twice the cost of a regular visit. The final price can also vary depending on the condition of the home and any additional tasks the client would like us to include.
Does this cleaning include cleaning the restroom?
Yes, this cleaning includes a thorough restroom cleaning. It covers sanitizing all surfaces, cleaning mirrors, the shower or tub if present, cabinets (including outside), baseboards, and the toilet. We also add special touches like neatly folded toilet paper and towels to bring an extra touch of elegance to the space.
