A regular cleaning for a condo of approximately 3,000 square feet—including 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 3.5 bathrooms, and the elevator foyer—costs $250. This includes cleaning all the rooms mentioned above, etc. Additional charges apply for services such as sliding door washing, as well as extra tasks like laundry, ironing, and changing bed linens.

A regular cleaning for a 1,500 sq. ft. apartment typically costs between $125 and $150, depending on the frequency—whether it’s bi-weekly or once a month. However, before starting regular maintenance cleanings, we always begin with an initial deep cleaning, which is billed hourly. This first cleaning is usually about twice the cost of a regular visit. The final price can also vary depending on the condition of the home and any additional tasks the client would like us to include.

Yes, this cleaning includes a thorough restroom cleaning. It covers sanitizing all surfaces, cleaning mirrors, the shower or tub if present, cabinets (including outside), baseboards, and the toilet. We also add special touches like neatly folded toilet paper and towels to bring an extra touch of elegance to the space.
