House features: The client requests cleanings periodically but not on a fixed schedule. As a result, these cleanings are often customized based on the client’s specific needs. In this particular case, additional services included thorough cleaning of all sliders inside and out, as well as more detailed balcony cleaning. In this project:
- Performed standard regular cleaning throughout all rooms and bathrooms following our checklist, including dusting, surface cleaning, kitchen, and bathroom detailing
- Thoroughly cleaned all sliding glass doors inside and outside
- Since the property had been vacant for over a month, all three balconies had accumulated a significant amount of dirt
- These areas required vacuuming under the furniture across the entire surface and multiple rounds of floor washing — specifically on the balconies
- Mopped the balcony floors multiple times to ensure complete dirt removal
- Provided linen care by ironing and making several beds
- Finished the project with detailed floor cleaning throughout the entire condo
