Cleaning solutions: eco-safe cleaning formulas for daily use, antibacterial sprays for high-touch areas, degreasers for kitchen and bathroom zones, floor and tile cleaners for marble and ceramic surfaces, stainless steel polishes, glass cleaners for mirrors, wood surface conditioners for furniture, and multi-purpose disinfectants for all surfaces.
Equipment and inventory: Commercial-grade vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter, microfiber mop with interchangeable heads, bucket with wringer system, extendable duster for ceiling corners and vents, handheld vacuum for tight spaces, step ladder for accessing lighting fixtures, basic tool kit (screwdriver set, wrench, pliers, etc.) for minor repairs.

Goldmillio Cleaning provides daily cleaning and maintenance services. The cleaning service includes maintaining cleanliness throughout all common areas, and the maintenance service is responsible for minor repairs, trash removal, vendor access control, checking and replacing light bulbs.
In this project:
1. Entryway & Hall
- Light switches, door handles, and intercom panels were wiped and disinfected
- Baseboards, door frames, and shelves were dusted
- Floors were swept and mopped using appropriate cleaning solution
2. Living Room
- All surfaces, including coffee tables, TV stands, windowsills, were wiped down
- Remotes, switches, and electronics were cleaned with microfiber and disinfectant
- Rugs and upholstered furniture were vacuumed using a HEPA-filter vacuum
- Cushions and throws were fluffed and arranged neatly
- Light fixtures and decorative elements were dusted
3. Kitchen
- Countertops were wiped with a food-safe degreasing solution
- Cabinet handles, fridge doors, microwave buttons, and control panels were disinfected
- Exterior surfaces of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) were cleaned
- Inside of microwave and sink were spot-cleaned
- Faucet and sink were polished
- Trash was removed, the bin was disinfected, and a fresh liner was placed
- Floors were swept and mopped with a degreasing solution
4. Bedrooms
- Beds were made and pillows arranged
- Bedside tables, dressers, and shelves were wiped clean
- Light switches and door handles were sanitized
- Rugs were vacuumed or floors mopped (depending on surface)
- Mirrors and any glass elements were cleaned
5. Bathrooms
- Sinks, countertops, and faucets were disinfected
- Toilets (bowl, seat, flush button) were thoroughly cleaned
- Mirrors and glass surfaces were wiped clean
- Tiles and chrome fixtures were washed and dried
- Trash was removed and new liner installed
- Floors were mopped with an antibacterial solution
