Instead, we use dry dusting or—when the furniture allows—an ultra-light damp wipe using a low-concentration, pH-neutral Green Seal-certified solution. This method helps collect and trap dust more effectively while minimizing residue.
Dry dusting alone can often cause dust to become airborne and quickly resettle. Therefore, we use a light damp-wipe method followed immediately by a dry cloth to safely clean without damaging the surface.

Yes, absolutely — we provide a free estimate before the service. One of our managers will visit the property to assess the space, taking into account its size, condition, specific details, and your personal preferences. Based on this, they will prepare a detailed quote with a breakdown of the work to be done.
My ceilings are very high (about 13 feet). Will you be able to reach the ceiling fans and chandeliers to dust them? Is that included in the basic deep cleaning service, or is there an extra charge?
We are able to dust ceiling fans even with high ceilings like these. There are a couple of options for doing so:
1. We can bring our own tall ladder, set it up on-site, and clean the fans ourselves.
2. If the homeowner already has a tall ladder, which is common in homes with high ceilings, either we can use it or the client can set it up in advance for us to safely reach and clean the fans.
This task can be included as part of a regular cleaning if needed, though it’s not necessary to do it every time, since ceiling fans at that height don’t accumulate heavy dust frequently.
Please note that including this detail may slightly increase the overall cost of the cleaning due to the additional time and effort required.
