    The house needed to be prepared for sale. The clients moved out, so they ordered move out cleaning.

    We used the following cleaning solutions and equipment:

    Cleaning solutions: Green Seal certified multi-purpose cleaning solution and degreaser, mirror cleaner, disinfectant, tile cleaner, floor cleaner, leather furniture conditioner, stove cleaner, light scrubber for sinks, bathtubs, bio toilet cleaner.

    Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter, mop.

    Consumables: microfiber cleaning cloths, pads, sponges, brushes.

    Cleaning procedure

    Cleaning is conducted in accordance with the client’s wishes. It was a comprehensive deep cleaning. 

    Detailed process:

    • Cleaning is performed systematically, moving from and following a top-to-bottom, circular pattern. 
    • We started working in the master bedroom and bathroom. 
    • In the bedroom our cleaning routine included dusting and wiping all available surfaces such as fans, ceiling luminair, window sills, blinds, baseboards, doors and its frames, knick-knacks, interior items, table lamps, pictures and frames, drawers and shelves (both outside and inside), bedside tables, chairs, chest of drawers and electronic equipment. 
    • In the bathroom, we conducted a thorough cleaning of the tile, tub, toilet, sinks, countertops, cabinets, and faucets using environmentally friendly cleaning products. Additionally, we cleaned the mirror and glass partition using a neutral pH mirror solution. We got rid of the trash.
    • Our cleaning approach was then replicated in other bedrooms and bathrooms, living room and dining room. 
    • In the kitchen, we conducted a comprehensive cleaning, which encompassed cleaning both large and small household appliances (such as the refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave oven), scrubbing the kitchen cabinets (inside and out), cleaning the sink and grates, and polishing the faucet.
    • Furthermore, we cleaned and washed the interior and exterior of the entrance door. 
    • The couches and armchairs with fabric upholstery were cleaned and treated by conditioner. 
    • The final step involved vacuuming and mopping the floors and applying deodorizer to the rugs to complete the cleaning process.
