Object: the house in Cape Coral, about 2200 square feet.
Cleaning items: 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, dining room, great room, family room, laundry room.
In this household, we perform cleaning tasks bi-weekly. During the initial visit we recommend doing the deep cleaning followed by regular maintenance cleanings on a regular basis – weekly, bi-weekly or one time per month.

We utilize the following cleaning solutions and equipment:
Cleaning solutions: all-purpose cleaner with Green Seal certification, cleaner with neutral pH for mirrors, natural degreaser, natural tube, shower and toilet cleaner, natural multi-disinfectant, glass cooktop cleaner, leather furniture conditioner, aromatic foam for rugs.
Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter, a mop
Consumables: microfiber cloths, brushes, pads for glass and glossy surfaces, absorbent paper towels.
2 people were assigned to the object. The entire job was completed in 2 hours.
Cleaning procedure
We follow a systematic cleaning approach based on our regular cleaning checklist.
In this specific instance:
- Cleaning is carried out from top to bottom and follows a circular pattern.
- The initial rooms to be cleaned were the master bedroom and bathroom. We began by dusting surfaces like window sills, blinds, doors and door frames, baseboards, interior items, table lamps, pictures, and frames using microfiber cloths. We also cleaned mirrors using a neutral pH mirror cleaner and disposed of garbage. In the bathroom, we washed the shower cabin, toilet, sinks, countertops, external cabinets, and faucets using natural products.
- We continued the cleaning process addressing other rooms, including the guest bathroom and laundry room, with similar cleaning actions.
- The kitchen received a thorough cleaning, including large and small household appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven), exterior kitchen cabinet cleaning, sink and grates scrubbing, and faucet polishing.
- We also cleaned the patio door, removing fingerprints with a degreaser, and conditioned the leather furniture.
- Finally, we vacuumed and mopped the floors and deodorized the rugs.
