In this place, we do regular cleaning on the monthly basis. The owners keep the house clean between our monthly cleanings.
More often than not, during the first visit (to make a free estimation of work) to a new object, we recommend a deep cleaning. This applies to those cases, when the house was not cleaned in an appropriate way for a long time. Deep cleaning needs to be done at least once per half a year. After that, it will be enough to do regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) to maintain cleanliness effectively.

Cleaning procedure
We clean all rooms, lanai, bathrooms, take care of blinds and baseboards, vacuum and mop the floors.
Cleaning is conducted in accordance with our standard regular cleaning checklist.
Step by step:
- Cleaning is performed systematically, starting from the top and following a circular pattern.
- Initially, we focused on the master bedroom and bathroom. We began by dusting various surfaces such as window sills, blinds, baseboards, doors, knick-knacks, interior items, table lamps, pictures and frames, using microfiber cloths. Additionally, we cleaned mirrors using a neutral pH mirror cleaner and disposed of any garbage. In the bathroom, we thoroughly cleaned the bathtub, toilet, sinks, countertops, exterior cabinets, and faucets using eco-friendly cleaning products.
- We then proceeded to clean other rooms and bathrooms, using similar cleaning methods.
- In the kitchen, we conducted a comprehensive cleaning, which included cleaning both large and small household appliances (such as the refrigerator, stove, oven etc), scrubbing the exterior of kitchen cabinets, cleaning the sink and grates, and polishing the faucet.
- Furthermore, we cleaned the patio door and lanai.
- The leather furniture and couch fabric upholstery were treated by conditioner.
- Last step was floors vacuuming and mopping and applying deodorizer to the rugs to complete the cleaning process.
