Object: the house in Cape Coral, about 2200 square feet.
Cleaning items: 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, dining room, great room, family room, laundry room.
In this house, we clean monthly. On the first visit we did the deep cleaning and after started maintaining cleanliness in the house on a regular basis – one time per month.

Cleaners and equipment that were used in cleaning works:
Cleaning solutions: Green Seal certified all-purpose cleaner, window and mirror cleaner with neutral pH, natural degreaser, natural toilet, bath and shower cleaner, natural multi-disinfectant, leather furniture conditioner, aromatic foam for rugs.
Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter, a mop
Consumables: microfiber cloths, pads for glass and glossy surfaces, sponges, absorbent paper towels, specialized sticks for hard-to-reach areas.
A team of two people did the cleaning in 2 hours.
Cleaning procedure
Cleaning based on our regular cleaning checklist.
In this particular case:
- We initiated the cleaning process in the master bedroom and master bathroom, where we carried out the following tasks: wiped down doors and door frames, cleaned window sills, dusted baseboards, attended to interior decor items, pictures, and frames, dusted knick-knacks and table lamps, polished mirrors, emptied trash receptacles, thoroughly cleaned the shower cabin, toilet, sinks, countertops, exterior cabinets, and faucets.
- Subsequently, adhering to the circular cleaning approach, we proceeded to clean other rooms, including the kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room, where we dusted all surfaces and additionally addressed electronic devices.
- We also took care of leather furniture by conditioning it, cleaned kitchen countertops, all stainless steel appliances, the fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, and hood. We emptied trash containers, wiped down the exterior of cabinets, scrubbed the sink and grates, and polished the faucet.
- Lastly, we vacuumed and mopped the floors.
