Object: the house in Cape Coral, about 1500 sq feet.
Cleaning items: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
House features: In this case study we want to talk about a not so ordinary regular cleaning service. These clients call us on occasion (occasionally) as this is their vacation home. When they plan to visit, they call our team for cleaning. We determine what work needs to be done according to the situation. We usually do regular cleaning once every two weeks or once a week, depending on the presence of pets or special situations in the house. We utilize the following cleaning solutions and equipment:
Cleaning solutions: multi-purpose cleaner with Green Seal certification, solution for mirrors and glass, natural shower, sink and toilet cleaner, natural door handle disinfectant, cooktop and stove cleaner, leather furniture conditioner.
Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter, mop.
Consumables: microfiber clothes, pads, brushes, absorbent paper.
The job was done by 3 workers in 3 hours.
Cleaning procedure
This time around, regular cleaning included the following elements:
- checked all the fans for contamination. Some of them were washed;
- wiped the dust off all surfaces
- cleaned the drapes, window sills, baseboards
- cleaned the outside of the kitchen cabinets (cabinets)
- the exterior of all kitchen electronics;
- cleaned the hood;
- cleaned the inside of the microwave;
- washed the stove;
- scrubbed the sink;
- oven, dishwasher;
- polished all metal electronics (stainless steel) – refrigerator, microwave;
- In the bathrooms, we cleaned all sinks, showers, fixtures over the sink, outside cabinets, toilets, tub, polished all faucets and faucets;
- also cleaned all the furniture on the lanai;
- vacuumed everywhere, including the lanai;
- mopped the floor everywhere
