  1. Could you please tell me if it’s possible to add window cleaning inside and outside to this type of cleaning?

Yes, absolutely! We can include both interior and exterior window cleaning with your house cleaning service, and everything will be done on the same day. We offer window cleaning services in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers, just like our regular cleaning services.

  2. How much would this type of cleaning cost if I need it on a weekly basis for a house that is 3,200 square feet?

When it comes to weekly cleaning of a 3,200 sq. ft. home, the number of bedrooms is an important factor, as it directly affects the amount of laundry and folding of linens and towels.

Typically, homes of this size have 4 bedrooms, 5–6 beds, and at least 3 bathrooms. It’s also essential to consider the lanai and pool area — including whether there’s an outdoor kitchen, furniture, and other features that may require attention.

The average cost for this type of weekly cleaning ranges between $350 and $495. We’d be happy to schedule an in-person estimate to give you a more accurate quote based on your specific needs.

The absence of carpets or rugs does not significantly affect the cleaning cost. In our cleaning standards, we vacuum the entire carpeted area — not just high-traffic zones — which actually takes more time than vacuuming hard surfaces. However, the overall time needed to vacuum and clean all flooring tends to be about the same, regardless of the type of surface.
