Cleaning procedure

We carried out a deep cleaning before the arrival of the owners of the house. We followed the checklist provided by our authors, which focuses on thorough cleaning in residential properties. Consistently, in order to achieve effective cleaning, we employed a systematic approach by starting from the top and moving in a circular pattern from one room to another. We adapted cleaning methods to accommodate specific home features, ensuring a comprehensive and effective cleaning routine for a home with high ceilings and cradling tops.

Bedrooms and living room:

• Delicate elimination of dust and dirt from various surfaces
• Restoration of lighting brilliance by cleaning the glass and pendants of light fixtures and chandeliers
• Examination and removal of dust, cobwebs, and dirt from corners, ceilings, and moldings
• Thorough polishing of mirrors to enhance their radiance
• Maintenance of furniture and decor through the wiping and cleaning of items, including shelves and tabletops
• Cleaning ventilation openings to ensure the circulation of clean air in the rooms
• Application of vacuuming and floor washing to complete the cleaning process

Bathrooms:

• Thorough cleaning and scrubbing of tiles and grout to eliminate accumulated soap scum, mold, and mildew
• Scrubbing and disinfecting shower walls, bathtubs by steamer to remove soap residue and mold
• Cleaning and disinfecting the toilet, with a focus on crevices and hard-to-reach areas
• Sanitizing the sink, faucet, and surrounding countertop to eliminate toothpaste, soap scum, and water spots
• Cleaning mirrors meticulously to achieve a streak-free and crystal-clear appearance, enhancing visibility and aesthetics
• Polishing and shining fixtures such as faucets, handles, and towel bars to restore their luster and enhance the overall appearance of the bathroom
• Vacuuming and washing bathroom floors to remove stains and disinfect the area; this step contributes to a clean and hygienic environment throughout the entire bathroom space

Kitchen:

• Thorough cleaning and degreasing of kitchen appliances, including ovens, stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers
• Eliminating grease and food residues to maintain optimal functionality
• Cleaning the exterior of kitchen cabinets and drawers to remove accumulated dirt, crumbs, and spills, ensuring a tidy and hygienic appearance
• Cleaning and sanitizing countertops and backsplashes to eliminate food stains, spills, and grime
• Cleaning and sanitizing the sink, faucet, and drain to ensure they are free from soap scum, water spots, and food residue
• Application of disinfectants to all high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and cabinet handles; this step is crucial for eliminating germs and bacteria that can accumulate on frequently touched areas
• Vacuuming and washing the kitchen floor

Office:

• Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, encompassing desk, shelves, electronic equipment, and furniture
• Cleaning and sanitizing computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other electronic devices to eliminate fingerprints, smudges, and dust
• Disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and handles to minimize the risk of spreading germs
• Reorganizing office supplies to optimize efficiency and create a clutter-free workspace.
• Vacuuming upholstery to remove dust and debris, contributing to a clean and comfortable seating area for office personnel and visitors
• Vacuuming and mopping the floor
