    Team: 4 workers.

    The client requested a comprehensive service package that included deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing the lanai and pool deck areas, and washing the sliders. The house was being prepared for rental, so a thorough and detailed approach to cleaning was needed. Our team of four arrived on-site and completed all tasks in just a few hours. The house was left in a fresh, spotless condition, ready for the new tenants.     We applied the following cleaning products and equipment:

    Cleaning solutions: eco-friendly, Green Seal-certified cleansers, a pH-balanced glass cleaner, a natural degreaser, an environmentally safe solution for bathrooms, an all-natural multi-surface disinfectant, a specialized cooktop cleaner, and a powerful stain remover, carpet shampoo and conditioner.

    Equipment and inventory: a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner with various attachments, pressure washer, a mop.

    Consumables: soft microfiber cloths, streak-free glass squeegees, versatile sponges, and stepladders, brush for carpets.

    In this project:

    • Vacuuming: All top surfaces were thoroughly vacuumed
    • Wiping down: We conducted a wet cleaning of all furniture, both inside and out, including windowsills, blinds, baseboards, and doors
    • Deep cleaning: Showers, sinks, and toilets were meticulously cleaned
    • Window cleaning: All sliders were washed on both sides
    • Pressure washing: The lanai and pool deck areas were pressure washed
    • Vacuuming floors: The floors were carefully vacuumed using a HEPA filter vacuum
    • Mopping: The floors were then mopped to ensure a spotless finish
    • Carpet cleaning: A deep extraction cleaning of the carpets was also performed
