This case study is about cleaning a non-standard house in Cape Coral. First of all, this house is larger than the average house in our city. And secondly, it has a unique kitchen: the space allotted for it is large, a huge working area, a double stove, a large hood and a large bar counter. We took all of this into consideration during the initial inspection for the deep cleaning. The house has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, which is no small feat either – more than the average house in our town. Before the cleaning, as usual, we do a free estimate of its cost. We applied the following cleaning products and equipment:
Cleaning solutions: environmentally conscious Green Seal-certified cleansers, a pH-balanced solution tailored for glass surfaces, a naturally powerful degreasing agent, an eco-friendly solution for bathtubs, showers, and toilets, an all-natural, multi-surface disinfectant, a specialized cooktop cleaning formula, and an effective stain removal solution.
Equipment and inventory: a vacuum cleaner featuring a HEPA filter and an assortment of nozzles, a mop.
Consumables: an assortment of soft microfiber cloths, squeegees designed for streak-free glass cleaning, and versatile sponges. Stepladders and ladder.
Cleaning procedure

We washed:
- fans,
- chandeliers,
- furniture,
- the baseboard,
- blinds,
- special attention was paid to the showers, the kitchen,
- completely cleaned all the kitchen cabinets from the outside,
- the appliances on the outside and the microwave on the inside,
- polished steel appliances,
- did some cleaning and organizing in the pantry (kitchen pantry) at the client’s request
