    Cleaners and equipment that were used in cleaning works: vacuum cleaner with HEPA-filter, enzyme pre-spray, automatic brush, extraction machine, shampoo and deodorant.

    Cleaning procedure

    The carpet was in a normal condition, without any stains. It required a thorough refresh to remove dirt and dust from the base of the pile.

    We applied our signature carpet cleaning procedure, which consists of 7 steps: 

    1. First required step is dry cleaning to collect and remove all dry small debris. We used a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter.
    2. Following the vacuuming process, we carefully examined the rug to identify any stains. Our objective is to discern the type of contamination, enabling us to select the most appropriate method for its removal. No stain was found.
    3. Subsequently, we applied the enzymatic pre-spray by a special pump. The solution starts working 15 minutes after application, so we left it on the surface for this period of time.
    4. For deeper work of spray we made brushing. It helped to raise and remove the dirt from the fibers and base of the rug.  
    5. Next step was using hot water extraction with a main cleaning solution.
    6. Shampooing and multiple rinses with a special rinsing agent were carried out to achieve perfect cleanliness.
    7. Finally, we combed the carpet fibers and deodorized the rug.
